【회사명】(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 방법

회사는 주민등록번호를 수집하지 않으며, 이용자가 후기·계약서에 포함된 타인의 민감정보를 입력하지 않도록 안내합니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 인증, 서비스 제공 및 운영
- 후기 작성·열람, 관심 지역 알림 등 기능 제공
- 부정 이용 방지, 문의 응대 및 분쟁 처리
- 서비스 개선을 위한 통계 분석(비식별 처리)
3. 위치정보의 처리 (중요)
JiiBE의 "내 주변 리뷰" 기능은 이용자의 기기 위치정보를 기기 내에서만 사용하여 주변 매물을 표시합니다. 위치 좌표는 회사의 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않으며, 화면 표시 후 즉시 사라집니다. 따라서 회사는 이용자의 개인위치정보를 보관하지 않습니다.
지도 표시를 위해 기기 운영체제 및 지도 제공자(Google)가 위치정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 이는 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
4. 계약서 이미지 및 AI 분석의 처리 (중요)
이용자가 계약서 검토를 위해 업로드한 계약서 이미지는 분석을 위해 AI 처리 위탁사(Anthropic)로 전송되어 분석에 사용된 뒤 즉시 삭제되며, 회사의 저장소에 보관되지 않습니다. AI에는 성명·주민등록번호·연락처 등 개인정보를 결과에 포함하지 않도록 지시하고 있습니다. 분석 결과는 참고용 정보이며 법률 자문이 아닙니다.
5. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
회사는 원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- 이용자가 작성한 후기: 탈퇴 후에도 통계적·비식별 형태로 유지될 수 있음
- 관계 법령에 따른 보존(예: 통신비밀보호법상 접속기록 등): 법정 기간
6. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

위탁받은 사업자가 국외에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 회사는 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하도록 관리·감독합니다.
8. 개인정보의 파기
보유기간 경과 또는 처리목적 달성 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 출력물은 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있으며, 앱 내 계정 설정에서 직접 정보를 수정하거나 회원 탈퇴(계정 및 개인정보 삭제)를 할 수 있습니다.
10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치
회사는 접근권한 관리, 전송구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근통제 및 최소수집 원칙 등 관련 법령에 따른 안전조치를 시행합니다.
회사의 데이터베이스, 저장소, 서버 기능은 모두 대한민국(서울, asia-northeast3) 리전에서 운영되며, 이용자의 계정·리뷰 등 데이터는 국내에 저장됩니다. 국외로 전송되는 데이터는 AI 분석을 위해 이용자가 제출한 문서에 한하며, 해당 문서는 처리 후 즉시 파기됩니다.

We do not collect resident registration numbers, and we instruct users not to include others' sensitive information in reviews or contracts.
2. Purpose of Use
- Member identification/authentication, and providing and operating the Service
- Enabling reviews, area alerts, and related features
- Preventing misuse, handling inquiries and disputes
- De-identified statistical analysis to improve the Service
3. Location Information (Important)
JiiBE's "reviews near you" feature uses your device location only on your device to show nearby listings. The coordinates are never transmitted to or stored on our servers and are discarded immediately after display. The Company therefore does not retain your personal location information.
To render maps, your device OS and the map provider (Google) may process location under their own privacy policies.
4. Contract Images and AI Analysis (Important)
A contract image you upload for review is sent to our AI processor (Anthropic) for analysis, then deleted immediately and never stored in the Company's systems. The AI is instructed not to include personal data (names, ID numbers, phone numbers) in results. Results are informational and not legal advice.
5. Retention Period
We destroy personal information without delay upon account withdrawal, except where retention is required by law. Reviews you wrote may persist in de-identified, statistical form after withdrawal.
6. Provision to Third Parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except as required by law or upon a lawful request from an investigative authority.

Processors may handle data outside Korea. The Company supervises processors to ensure secure handling.
8. Destruction
Information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled: electronic files by irrecoverable deletion, printed materials by shredding or incineration.
9. Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your personal information at any time, and may edit your details or withdraw (deleting your account and personal information) directly in the app.
10. Security Measures
We apply access-rights management, transport encryption (HTTPS), access control, and data-minimization in accordance with applicable law.
JiiBE's database, storage, and backend functions all run in the Republic of Korea (Seoul, asia-northeast3) region, so account and review data are stored in Korea. The only data sent overseas is a document a user submits for AI analysis, which is processed and then immediately destroyed.
